  2.              Paradise Accelerator Card for Windows

  4.          Windows 3.1, Version 1.31 Utility Disk

  7. This disk contains an optimized video driver for Windows 3.1. These drivers
  8. support the following display and color resolutions:
  9.  
  10.        Display resolution               Color Resolution
  11.  
  12.          640 x 480                      16, 256, 32K, 64K, 16M
  13.          800 x 600                      16, 256, 32K, 64K
  14.         1024 x 768                      16, 256
  15.         1280 x 1024                     16        
  16.         1280 x 960                      16
  17.  
  18. NOTE: Not all versions of the Accelerator Card support all color resolutions.
  19.  
  20. Use these instructions to install the driver(s).
  21.  
  22. 1.  At the DOS prompt type: CD\WINDOWS. From the Windows directory
  23.     type: SETUP. Select "Display" from the Setup menu, then "VGA."
  24.     Select "Accept the Configuration."
  25.  
  26. 2.  Start Windows 3.1. From the File Menu, select "Run".
  27.  
  28. 3.  Insert the diskette into your floppy drive.
  29.  
  30. 4.  At the Command Line prompt, type:
  31.       [Drive]:\WDSETUP [Enter].
  32.  
  33.     If Paradise 3X drivers that include the Western Digital
  34.     setup have already been installed, you will get the
  35.     following prompt:
  36.  
  37.     WDSETUP already exists in the Windows directory, select
  38.     REPLACE to update with this version, or EXIT to quit.
  39.  
  40.     - Select "Replace".  (The previously installed drivers
  41.       will display.)
  42.  
  43. 5.  From the Setup Menu, select "Add Video Driver".
  44.  
  45.     - Select the disk drive (if needed).
  46.     - Select the desired resolution.
  47.     - Select "Add Driver".  (The driver will be installed.)
  48.     - Select "Close".
  49.  
  50.     The driver just installed will display on the list of
  51.     available resolutions.
  52.  
  53. 6.  Select the resolution that you would like to use.
  54.  
  55. 7.  Select "Restart Windows" or "Exit to DOS".
